Our shop is exclusively for businesses. Apply for a dealer account and upload proof of your business registration; once approved you will see prices and availability.
How does ordering work?
Add products to your cart and send a non-binding request. We check availability and shipping and send you the order confirmation with all amounts. We ship once payment has been received.
Which payment methods are available?
Advance payment by bank transfer or credit card via a secure payment link. The order confirmation is valid for 3 working days; please pay within this period. Credit card payments carry a 2% surcharge on the goods value.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the destination country and quantity. Up to 4 parcels we ship by parcel service, from the 5th parcel on a pallet. Your cart shows the cost right away. Orders from €10,000 net goods value ship free within Germany.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is €1,000 net. Each product also has a minimum quantity and packing unit, shown on the product page.
Where do you deliver – and what about VAT?
We deliver to all EU countries. With a valid VAT ID outside Germany we deliver VAT-exempt (intra-Community supply); German VAT applies within Germany.
